Das 100*100 Meter Grundstück befindet sich innerhalb des Ostsee Golf Resorts Wittenbeck.

Als Teil der Planung für ein neues Golfclubhaus wurde eine Bebauung mit Ferienwohnungen um einen Hof mit einem traditionellen Ententeich arrangiert. In vier Gebäuden unterschiedlicher Größe werden insgesamt 72 Ferienwohnungen erstellt, von denen 16 rollstuhlgerecht geplant wurden.

Das Clubhaus selbst ist das kulturelle und kulinarische Zentrum für die Adlon Residences. Das Clubhaus bietet Raum für ein Restaurant, eine Brasserie, eine Bar, einen Members Room, eine Bibliothek, Wellness Einrichtungen und Spa.

Der Baustil reflektiert die Arts-and Crafts Tradition, die auf die Nutzung natürlicher Materialien und traditioneller Konstruktion und Fügung Wert legt.

As part of the planning for the new golf clubhouse, a new development of holiday flats arrange around a courtyard with a traditional duck pond is foreseen. Four buildings of various sizes contain a total of 72 serviced flats, 16 of which are wheelchair accessible.

The clubhouse itself is the cultural and culinary center for the Adlon Residences; the Clubhouse contains a restaurant, brassiere, bar, members’ room, library, wellness facilities and spa.

The architectural style reflects the Arts-and Crafts tradition which emphasizes the use of natural materials and traditional construction techniques.
